ShipStation will update the options for all selected orders. Select the Notification options you wish to update. Select your orders, then choose Other Shipping Options from the Bulk Update menu. You can add SMS and email notifications to multiple orders at a time. Notifications are not sent by ShipStation. The courier will use the information to send the notifications.

This will send the details to the courier when you create the label. If they were not, you must enter the phone or email address into the provided fields manually. The fields will populate automatically if the email and phone number are imported with the order.
